A complete transformation of two underutilized spaces, designed to unlock the full potential of this property.

Beginning with an unfinished basement featuring exposed foundations and limited ceiling height, our team took this project from initial concept through to completion. Working within the challenges of the existing structure, we transformed the raw space into a beautifully finished, fully legal basement rental suite, thoughtfully designed to maximize functionality, comfort, and long-term value.

Outside, we removed the property's existing shed to make way for a brand-new, custom-built backyard suite. Finished with classic board and batten siding, the exterior offers a timeless look, while the interior brings warmth and character through thoughtfully selected materials. The homeowners personally selected the wood used throughout the space, which our carpentry team carefully installed to create a beautiful feature wall and ceiling. These custom details give the suite a welcoming, home-like feel while offering the flexibility to serve as a private office, a space for family and friends, or an additional living area.
