  • The first step is making contact with us. If you reach out to us with nothing, or if you already have preliminary designs, we will assess your project goals, and what you have already. From there we start the planning process.

  • Depending on the size of your project, a renovation, addition, and new build would all take around 2-3 months. This would include connecting you with a designer, completing your permit applications, receiving subcontractor bids, and organizing and ordering materials.

  • Over the years, we have built relationships with various building officials throughout Halifax and the surrounding municipalities. We have also built relationships with surveyors and engineers, which are both required for most permit approvals. We would handle your online permit application, ensuring your project is following the proper building codes, along with collecting the necessary documentation needed for approval.
