Pioneer Addition

The Pioneer Addition was a fantastic project that featured our signature ICF slab on grade, along with some beautiful finishing details to tie it into the existing cottage. We extended this cottage to seamlessly add another bedroom and bathroom, and closed both off with beautiful custom stained interior doors with high-end hardware. We also used James Hardie siding, a product we love to work with. As always with our team, quality is top notch.
